We want you to love your new Oaf gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
